The CJEU (Court of Justice of the European Union) has once again confirmed that the principle that dictates that the states in the union cannot restrict their gambling markets to certain national firms in order to protect the commercial interests or for any economical reasons, still stands. This was a part of the ruling that was handed down this last Thursday, which added to the laws that prohibit any kind of cross border online gambling.
