William Hill has recently announced that it is planning to disband and scrap the two Australian gambling brands that it purchased. These brands are Tom Waterhouse and Sportingbet. According to reports, Tom Waterhouse will remain an independent brand at least until 2015 according to the terms and conditions of the takeover deal. Most likely, it will be merged into William Hill in 2015.
