Tony Abbot Disappointment in his Cabinet

Tony Abbot has stated that he is a bit disappointed that there are not more females in the formation of his cabinet. This statement has sparked controversy because he can’t be judging the selection process, because he is the one that selected them. Some say he is not satisfied with the outcome but not to the extent of making any real changes. It is also known that there are many capable women knocking on his door, but it seems it is not the suitable time for him to open it.
